A delivery fee of $10.36 (inclusive of GST) applies per recipient to a single location within Singapore. An additional surcharge of $11.46 (inclusive of GST) applies for deliveries to restricted or special-access locations, including Mandai Crematorium, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and airline or cargo areas (e.g. Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road). Delivery fees may increase during peak and seasonal periods.
Redelivery Fees
Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the gift. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our office and rescheduled. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price will apply.
