Where can I find available promotional codes for use?

This promotional code is not valid for use. What is the issue?

 

Please check the validity of the promotional codes and the items that are eligible for the promotion. At times, you are also required to sign-in to your Noel Gifts account to utilise the promotional code, ensure minimum spend amount is hit, select occasion or ensure is a non-promotional item. Is it possible to stack promotions?

 

All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Not stackable with any other promotions or discounts.

What are the accepted payment methods?

 

We accept Cash, Credit Card (Master/Visa), Mobile Payments (DBS Paylah!, PayNow, OCBC Pay Anyone), PayPal and Cheque for corporate accounts.

Can we apply for credit term payment for corporate purchases?

 

Yes, please write in to us at inquiry@noel.com.sg for the application form.

My payment did not go through successfully but I received an Order Confirmation Number. What should I do?

 

Fret not! This is because our system has captured your order details, but has yet to receive payment from your payment provider. Our Customer Service Officer will reach out to you within the same working day (next working day if order is placed on a weekend) to complete the payment process via email or phone call. You can also write in to us at inquiry@noel.com.sg or call us at 6299 1155 to complete your payment process.

What are the delivery slots that Noel Gifts has?

 

Generally, we have 3 time slots available for delivery.

Do you offer express delivery?

 

Yes, we do. However, express delivery is subjected to our drivers' availability, schedule and route. Please check with our Customer Service team via a phone call at 6299 1155 before making an order.

My delivery is unsuccessful! What should I do?

 

In the event the recipient(s) is not around, our delivery drivers will call and get in touch with the recipient(s) to re-arrange the earliest available delivery timing. Alternatively, you can let us know when would be the next best timing to make the delivery.

How do I place order?

 

Simply browse through the website and find the product you wish to order. You can find out more through the photos and product descriptions. Once you are ready to place order, please add the product(s) to the shopping cart. When you have confirm the product and quantity, click on 'Check out' to proceed to delivery details. Enter the delivery details, billing details and you can proceed to make payment. Select your payment method and proceed to make payment. You will receive an order confirmation number along with a reference number. You may use that reference number for tracking purposes. If you encounter problems in submitting your order, you can always contact Noel Gifts International Ltd at (65) 6299 1155 or fax your order to (65) 6293 3522 or use our Customer Service Inquiry Form.

How can I track my order?

 

Under 'My Account', you can select 'Track my Order' and input your Order Reference Number. Alternatively, you can also access the page here: http://noelgifts.com/delivery-track

Can I request for my item to be delivered at a specific timing (e.g. between 9.00am to 10.00am)?

 

We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or time frame as this is subjected to our drivers' availability, route and delivery load.

What is the procedure for delivery to places with restrictions such as Changi Airport Terminal areas or Army Camps?

 

You may place your orders as per normal. Our drivers will take note of such addresses. Please provide us with the contact number of the recipient(s) so that our delivery drivers can get access to the areas promptly (e.g. exchange security pass, get clearance, etc).

Do you deliver to overseas addresses?

 

The main bulk of our catalogue items are for Singapore local delivery only. For international delivery, please check out our international catalogue and page for more information.

What are Gift Vouchers?

 

Gift vouchers are pre-paid stored-value that can be used as an alternative to cash for purchases or to offset a bill. Each gift voucher has an expiry date and the receiver has to utilize the voucher before the stated date.

Can I purchase Noel Gift Vouchers for my company?

 

Yes, please write in to us at inquiry@noel.com.sg for more information. We also offer bulk purchasing.

My Noel Gifts Voucher does not work?

 

Please check the expiry date of the voucher, as well as the eligibility of the items you have chosen, based on the terms and conditions provided to you.

The item I received is different from what I ordered online. Please explain.

 

Due to the fast-moving flowers, gifts, and seasonal hampers, the stock level for various items will move differently. Please be rest assured that we will only replace the affected components with existing items of equivalent or higher value.

The fruits / flowers I received are not of good condition!

 

Please take a photo of the flowers/fruits and inform us within 12 hours from of receipt of flowers and fruits. We will be able to provide a free replacement for feedback received before 5.00pm on weekdays, or 12.00pm on Saturdays, on the day of delivery itself.

Can I be assured that I will get exactly what I ordered?

 

Don't worry! Our floral designers and florists personally style and arrange every order using the freshest flowers and greenery that are delivered to our warehouse daily. The flower arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal changes or weathering.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

 

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you have submitted your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within four hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at (65) 6299 1155 during our office hours to ensure that your order is being processed. You may also like to check your junk mail folder to ensure that the confirmation is not auto-filtered as junk mail.

Can I change the delivery address?

 

You can only make amendments to the delivery address if the item has not been dispatched out for delivery. Please submit an inquiry form or contact us at (65) 6299 1155 during our office hours to amend your order.

Can I cancel my order?

 

You may cancel your order if (a) we have not started crafting your purchased item, (b) the item has yet to be dispatched out for delivery, or (c) the item is scheduled for a future delivery date. Please submit an inquiry form or contact us at (65) 6299 1133 during our office hours to cancel your order. Please note that we will be unable to cancel your order if it has already been sent out for delivery. Cancellation charges may apply.

Can I place a special order with specific requirements? Eg; specific type or number of flowers, specific colour scheme or theme, or addition of my own item?

 

Certainly! Noel Gifts offers customisation and personalisation services. Customisation refers to crafting a gift with your specific requirements or to include an item that is provided by you into our gift package. Personalisation refers to imprinting your corporate identity (company name or logo) or your recipient’s name on the gift for a lasting impression.
